Please be advised:

1. Fung-A-Loi & Samandar notarissen NEVER uses foreign bank accounts (except for one bank in The Netherlands) or fintech platforms.

2. Fung-A-Loi & Samandar notarissen NEVER uses GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo or similar free e-mail services for official communication.

3. If you receive a suspicious e-mail, do not respond or transfer any funds. Contact our notary office directly by phone to verify its authenticity.
